To help you choose, here is a selection of five slopes that we consider the best for making the most of skiing in Courchevel: <\/p><ul><li><strong>L&#8217;\u00c9clipse (black run)<\/strong>: it is the longest black run in the Courchevel ski area, and also in the 3 Valleys! This slope was specially designed for the <strong>Alpine Ski World Championships<\/strong> held in Courchevel and M\u00e9ribel in 2023; a descent of <strong>3.3km<\/strong> and an average gradient of <strong>30%<\/strong>, a real challenge that only experienced skiers can take on! <\/li><li><strong>Les Chapelets (red run)<\/strong>: Little frequented, located at the far east of the Courchevel and 3 Valleys ski area and bordering the Avals valley, this slope is ideal for skiers looking for a descent without too many crowds. It culminates at <g id=\"gid_1\">2,250 meters of altitude<\/g> and is located in the heart of the forest above Courchevel-Moriond. Furthermore, it offers breathtaking views of the Dent du Villard and is accessible via the Signal or Chapelets chairlifts.  <\/li><li><strong>La Combe de La Saulire (red run)<\/strong>: this slope is considered the most famous in Courchevel, and for good reason: it is wide, alternates between sustained and gentler slopes, and above all, it is wonderfully undulating.
