Superb tastefully furnished apartment located in Saint-Jorioz in a new and quiet residence in the heart of the village. Very nice south facing orientation.
A total capacity of 4 person, this apartment includes 2 bedrooms each equipped with a double bed. A big shower room with a washing machine, a superb living room with a fully equipped open kitchen with a direct access to the balcony with mountains view.
There is a garage for a car in the basement and a bike storage room. Everything is conceived to allow you to forget the car for your stay and explore our lake and our beautiful mountains.
Just a few meters, you will find supermarket (Super U), bakery, butcher's shop, florist, banks, etc... eveything by foot !

* A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine Nespresso, sodastream machine, raclette grill, etc) open on a living room/dining room with a round-table , a TV, a sofa and easy chair (31 sq.m)
* A direct access to a large corner balcony with garden furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs, etc)
NB : bbq are forbidden in the residence.
