Chalet Alaska is a luxury 8 person accommodation situated in a beautiful and private location in Les Houches, a wonderful spot for both summer and winter holidays.
This traditional chalet is decorated in the typical savoyard style, the warm and homey decor is perfect for a peaceful alpine retreat. This spacious property is only fifteen minutes drive to the main ski areas in Les Houches, as well as the shops, bars and restaurants. It is great for groups of friends or families, with 4 beautiful ensuite bedrooms.. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the open-plan living room/dining area which boasts a beautiful open fireplace and lovely table to cater for the whole group.

Bedrooms and decor were classic and clean. Boot room was practical and invaluable for skiers. Jacuzzi was a great addition. Came with a large group of friends. But looking to return next time with my wife and children for a family holiday. |

A truly beautiful chalet which is just what we were looking for!
The interior was authentically alpine with a huge double sided fire place at the heart of the living space. There was plenty of space to store all of our belongings including our skis.see more

Nous étions un groupe de 8 adultes et 1 enfant. Le chalet est superbe. Il représente tout ce que l'on attend d'un chalet de montage. Il est très chaleureux grâce au boiseries intérieures, la cheminée au centre de la pièce notamment. La pièce de vie esee more
Nous étions un groupe de 8 adultes et 1 enfant. Le chalet est superbe. Il représente tout ce que l'on attend d'un chalet de montage. Il est très chaleureux grâce au boiseries intérieures, la cheminée au centre de la pièce notamment. La pièce de vie est spacieuse et dispose d'un coin salon et d'une grand table à manger ou on loge facilement à 10. La majorité des chambres se situent au rez de chaussée, disposent toutes de salles de bains et sont bien isolées du bruit. La literie est très confortable. Le jacuzzi (dans lequel on a vraiment bien chaud) est très agréable et spacieux. ll est réconfortant de s'y plonger après une journée de ski. La terrasse est bien exposée, permettant de profiter du soleil de la journée. La vue sur l'aiguille du midi est magnifique par temps dégagé. Par ailleurs, le chalet est très bien situé, proche du centre des Houches, proche de Chamonix et juste a coté d'un arrêt de TER qui dessert toute la vallée de Chamonix. Notre hôte s'est montré extrêmement disponible. Je recommande sans réserve la location de ce chalet, adapté aux grand groupes et aux familles !
