What is the booking process?

Our teams are available to help you throughout the booking process. If you have already found a property, you can book directly on our website. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a pre-confirmation email. Laure, who is in charge of administration, will send you details of how to pay (bank transfer or credit card).

If the booking is made more than 30 days before arrival:

A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.
The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Payment for end-of-stay cleaning and bed linen must be made on arrival.

If the booking is made less than 30 days before arrival:

The total cost of your stay must be paid on confirmation of your booking.
Payment for end-of-stay cleaning and bed linen must be made on arrival.

Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.

What cancellation insurance does LLA Selections offer?

MEETCH, a partner of LLA Selections, offers a solution tailored to the needs of tenants. Taking out this insurance is an act of foresight. This insurance can be taken out at the time of booking.

Refund WITHOUT proof: 9.5% of the cost of the booking

How much is the deposit and how do I pay it?

A deposit will be made via a pre-authorised bank transfer. A link will be sent by e-mail from the server of our service provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without the bank ceiling being affected. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out. You can find the exact amount in the description of the advert, which varies according to the property.

What is the minimum length of stay?

The minimum length of stay varies according to the period and the properties. However, we remain flexible, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any special requirements. We do not offer nightly rentals.
