Our small team ...
... I started locationlacannecy in 2004. As the number of visitors around lake Annecy never stoped increasing for the last 10 years, I first decided to invest in holiday rental properties myself. Few years later, I started the business as real estate specialized in holiday lettings management around lake Annecy and la Clusaz. I relied on a 20-year experience as Senior Project Manager in charge of organizing major sports and music events in France and abroad. The direct contact with demanding professional customers allowed me to develop my skills in terms of anticipation, logistics, management ... skills constantly solicited in the activity of high-standing short term rental business.
The trust we renew our client-owners is constantly evolving, proof of our rigor and our seriousness.
