Just a few steps from the beach of the Impérial Palace, less than a 20-minute walk from the center of Annecy, and about 10 minutes on foot from the Petit Port, this apartment is perfect for exploring Annecy and its surroundings with family or friends.

The apartment Aux portes de l’Impérial 1 is situated on the 1st floor of a secure residence, with entry restricted to badge holders only.

Parking spaces are accessible at the foot of the residence (parking opens with a badge), subject to availability. You will have several parking options around the accommodation in case the residence parking is full.

You can use the following apps: Flowbird and PayByPhone to manage the payment of your parking directly from your smartphone.
These public parking lots are chargeable from July 1st to August 31st.

The apartment can be rented simultaneously with the one on the 4th floor "Aux Portes de l'Imperial 4", allowing a total capacity of 6/7 people.

The ideal location of the apartment Aux Portes de l’Impérial 1 allows for easy access to Annecy on foot or by bike, as well as to the surrounding villages (Annecy-Le-Vieux, Veyrier du Lac, Talloires, Sevrier, Saint-Jorioz...).

Some useful details:

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), dish towels, bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, rolls of toilet paper per WC) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.
We can provide a baby cot (travel cot type) and a high chair on request free of charge.
