This unique apartment is located on the ground floor of the lake. It offers a private access to the lake from the terrace via a few steps.
Located on the ground floor of a residence renovated a few years ago, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains from the living room and the two bedrooms.
The very large terrace of 538,196 sq.f overlooks the crystal clear waters of Lake Annecy.
"LES LIBELLULES - Rez de lac, accès direct privatif" property is composed as follows:
- Living room open on the terrace by wall to wall bay window, 2 sofas including a comfortable sofa bed (the living room does not have blackout blinds)
- Fully equipped American kitchen
- Master bedroom with lake view (double bed 180x200cm)
- Double room with lake view (double bed 160x200m)
- Shared bathroom with Italian shower, washing machine, basin, WC

A deposit of 1 000€ will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2/kitchen), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing product, some washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper /wc…) are included in the service together with final stay cleaning.
We can provide you with a free baby cot and high chair upon request.

About Duingt….
Duingt is located on the western side of the Annecy Lake and has definitely earned it’s nickname "Pearl of the Lake".
Next to St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOH-WAH!), offers an exceptional mountain and lake view. The cycle track from Annecy to Ugines (35kms) crosses the village and connects the villages along the lake very easily by bike.
The "best bakery of the lake" is located in Duingt, as well as a bookstore, and high-quality cuisine (Clos Marcel or Wakpala for example).
Duingt is a fabulous place for a relaxing holiday in both the summer and winter times.
In summer :
-Cycling (bike path to go around the lake is in front of the house)
-Hiking (departure of many walks from the house: Entrevernes, Saint-Jorioz)
-Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, the Wake Board in front of the house but also water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our local partner from Baie des Voiles, Rico!)
-Paragliding
-The average of walks mountains from the Sambuy (30mins) or Semnoz (20mins)
-Summer sledging from the station Semnoz
-An adventure park in Talloires (20mins) or Tamie (35mins)
In winter :
-Cross country skiing, sledding track or from the family resort Semnoz (20mins), possibility of rental equipment with our partner in Sevrier (5mins)
-The cross country or track is also practiced in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (35-40mns); Seizures (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (about 1 hour)
-Snowshoeing in Semnoz

Most people would say that I live in paradise in the Bradenton/Sarasota, Florida area. We have beautiful pristine beaches with warm Gulf waters, outstanding shopping, restaurants, world famous Opera, theater and museums but my residence does not have the tranquility, natural beauty of the French Alps and crystal clear waters of Lac Annecy. The apartment is well maintained, very clean, full kitchen with a new refrigerator, an upgraded bathroom with a walk-in shower. We ate most meals on the large terrace over looking the lake and Duingt castle. One can truly relax here and renew their spirit and energy. If you are a cyclist, the bike trails are safe and stretch around the lake. If you are into hot air ballooning or paragliding this is the place to be. The small quaint medieval village of Duingt is a safe short walk with all alley ways leading to an outstanding boulangerie with award winning breads and pastries. We could have stayed for two months and look forward to returning next August.

This apartment is one of the rare spots on the lake that is directly on the water and not across the street from it. We loved swimming right out the door. Can walk into Duingt for baked goods and food,bike into Annecy. Beds were comfortable.

This is a gem of a find with unique access to the Lake at ground level. An incredible local Village. Easy access to the rest of the Lake and Annecy itself. We stayed 3 night here and would have liked to stay longer. Thank you.

Duingt is located on the western side of the Annecy Lake and deserves its name "Pearl of the Lake". Next to St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOH-WAH!), offers an exceptional mountain and lake view. The cycle track from Annecy to Ugines (35kms) crosses the village and connects the villages along the lake very easily by bike. Many activities are possible in Duingt: water activities in summer (wake-boarding, water-skiing, kayaking, hiking, etc) outdoor activities nearby in winter (snowshoeing at Semnoz (20mins), alpine ski in La Clusaz (40mns) or in the 3 Valleys resorts (about 1h)) The "best bakery of the lake" is located in Duingt few meters away from your apartment, as well as a bookstore, and high-quality cuisine (Clos Marcel or Wakpala on site for example).
