A deposit of 1 000€ will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2/kitchen), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing product, some washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper /wc…) are included in the service together with final stay cleaning.
We can provide you with a free baby cot and high chair upon request.

Met eigen afgesloten parkeergarage. Helaas ligt het wel aan een drukke weg (ook nachts) en op iets meer dan loopafstand van het meer. Ik raad aan om fietsen mee te nemen omdat dan zowel het meer als Annecy heel goed bereikbaar zijn.

Appartement très spacieux et lumineux. Il est très bien équipé et situé en plein centre ce qui permet de tout faire à pieds, les courses, le marché, accéder au lac... Je ne peux que recommander cet appartement.

The village of Saint-Jorioz enjoys a privileged location on the edge of the Lake Annecy, crossed by the bike path and close to the first highs of the Massif des Bauges. In the winter, the ski resorts of La Clusaz and le Grand Bornand are just 40min away. The family resort of le Semnoz is about 20min from the house. Certainly, because of its stellar location, Saint-Jorioz has the biggest population among all villages around the lake.
