- Courtyard with secure parking
- Large living room with lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining area
- Bedroom n°1, Le lac: 2 twin beds 80x190 with en-suite shower room and storage cupboard
- Bedroom n°2, L'olivier: 1 single bed 90x200 with access to terrace& garden with storage cupboard, changing table and storage cupboard
- Bedroom n°3, La fauvette: 1 bunk bed 90x200 with desk and storage cupboard
- Separate bathroom with bath and laundry area (washing machine + tumble dryer)
- Garden (the right-hand side only is available to tenants, the swing may be used depending on the owners' occupancy)

Indoor and outdoor children's play equipment will be available to tenants!

La bonne surprise, c’est que la propriété a beaucoup de charme, et qu’elle se situe dans la zone verte de St Jorioz

Environnement champêtre, vue sur les montagnes, belle allée piétonne pour aller se baigner au lac à 300m et la piste cyclable est à 500m.
On peut se garer dans la cour, ce qui est précieux vu le peu de places de parking à proximité.

Il est joliment décoré, contient tout ce qu’il faut, (très bonne literie) et reste frais quand il fait chaud. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour entre le lac ( on a adoré le paddle) et les ballades en montagne. Merci à l’agence pour l’accueil à l’arrivée ! |

La pièce à vivre était très agréable pour notre famille avec la cuisine semi ouverte sur la salle à manger, la vue sur le jardin et les jolies aquarelles qui décorent la pièce. Les chambres étaient fraîches pour ces derniers jours qui étaient très chauds, c'est agréable ! Les 2 SDB permettent de ne pas se marcher dessus et il y a une baignoire et une douche. Les chambres sont spacieuses et ont toutes des rangements. Nous reviendrons !

2 bedroom apartment ideally located in the village center of St Jorioz, a few hundred meters from Lake Annecy and 9kms from the old town.
Access is easy, the private parking on site allows you to easily forget your car during your stay.
Just a few meters away: press store, supermarket (Super U), bakery, butcher and several restaurants.
In summer as in winter, this apartment is a perfect compromise between lake and nature while having access to all expected services.
