You will enjoy its very beautiful south-facing exposure with its 300m2 garden fully enclosed, ideal for children and family trips.

Just a few metres away, you will find numerous local shops: the supermarket (Super U), the newsagent, a bakery, a butcher's shop, a florist, banks, etc... all within walking distance!!

You will have a garage for a car in the basement as well as access to the bicycle room.
Everything is designed to allow you to forget the car for the duration of your stay and explore our lake and beautiful mountains.
