You will enjoy its very beautiful south-facing exposure with its 300m2 garden fully enclosed, ideal for children and family trips.

Just a few metres away, you will find numerous local shops: the supermarket (Super U), the newsagent, a bakery, a butcher's shop, a florist, banks, etc... all within walking distance!!

You will have a garage for a car in the basement as well as access to the bicycle room.
