Charming quiet Duplex LOFT built in an old Manor in Talloires village center.
This apartment has been fully renovated with lots of taste and is classified 3*. Total superficy : 380sqf.
Amazing lake and Talloires Bay view. Ideally located near comodities and activities.
"Le Loft du Manoir" is composed as follow :
- Nice linving area under the roof open on 2 windows.
- Kitchen with 2 induction stove, fridge, micro waves, sink.
- Nice bathroom with shower, sink and toilets.
- A separate sleeping area with queen size bed is set on the same floor level.
- Mezzanine : a reading area with single banquet which can also be used for a third person.

- Breathtaking views over the Bay of Talloires
- Renovation of an old manor house
- Internet access - Ventilator
- Provision of badges allowing free use of public parking lots.
Some useful details:
A deposit will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), dish towels, bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, rolls of toilet paper per WC) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.

Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen kurzen Getaway zu zweit mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den Annecy-See. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Zeit stehen lassen, weil alles sofort zu Fuß erreichbar war: der Strand, die Wassersportaktivitäten, der Supermarkt sowie alle lokale Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, ist dennoch für ihre Größe extrem gut ausgestattet inklusive Küche. Etwas verwirrend war die Kommunikation: zusätzlich zu der Buchung via AirBnB mussten wir einige Formulare der Agentur ausfüllen und Mails beantworten, auf die teilweise dann keine Antworten kamen. Insgesamt konnten wir alle Fragen dennoch schnell und unproblematisch klären, und der Check-In und Check-Out haben gut funktioniert, daher vier Sterne für die Kommunikation, für den Rest auf jeden Fall fünf.
