Apartment located in a luxury residence with parking and secured SWIMMING POOL. Access to the center of Talloires as well as the lake and many activities, walking distance (500m approximately).
This fully equipped apartment offers a very pleasant south exposure and a unique view over the bay of Talloires and Lake Annecy. This residence is located a few hundred meters from the departure of the famous randonnee from the "Angon Cascade".
Access to the main floor of the residence (adapted for people with reduced mobility).
"Superbe vue lac, Terrasse & Piscine" is composed as follow :
- Entrance hall equipped with a large closet, access to laundry room (washer / dryer combined).
- Spacious living room opening onto the kitchen and dining area for 6/8 persones, splendid view of the lake, south exposure. This place gives access to the terrace by two large windows from wall to wall.
- 1st double bedroom with wardrobe, bed 160x190cm. (queensize)
- Bathroom next door with toilet, shower and sink
- 2nd double bedroom with wardrobe, bed 140x190cm. Ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC.

- Terrace with stunning view of the lake
- Private swimming pool in the residence

- Private parking space in the residence.

The flat can be rented at the same time as the "Talloires - Hermitage apt, lake view & pool", for a total capacity of 9 people.

A deposit will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), dish towels, bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, rolls of toilet paper per WC) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.
We can provide a baby cot (travel cot type) and a high chair on request free of charge.

The views are fantastic from the apartment and probably better than the photos. The stars at night were something else, including seeing the space lab go over twice. There is a steep hill from the village to the property that takes about 10 minutes to go up, 5 to go down. If you want the stunning views you need the height and the climb. There is a small supermarket in the village and plenty of restaurants for a small place. The village is delightful retaining its alpine charm. All in all thoroughly recommend it!

Sophie and Olivia were extremely professional and organised, providing an extremely smooth and efficient meet and greet/check out. Talloires itself has an great choice of restaurants for the evenings, an excellent bakery for mornings and a very well stocked convenience store. Talloires beach was so wonderful we didn't really wantneed the pool and the property would be perfect with the addition of air conditioning. Loved this place and would definitely not hesitate to visit again.
