Welcome to Chalet Orea, a 480m² chalet located in a quiet cul-de-sac in La Clusaz, accommodating up to 13 guests.
Chalet Orea, designed to welcome up to 22 guests, adapts to your needs! Whether you are a small or large group, you can rent part of the chalet only (some bedrooms will be closed and therefore inaccessible during your stay), while still having full access to all the chalet's common areas and amenities. Make the most of the magnificent spaces, whatever the size of your group!
The chalet benefits from an ideal location allowing ski-in/ski-out access via the Var piste located just below the chalet.
Parking instructions will be provided upon arrival and must be followed throughout the entire stay so as not to block access for neighbours.

A security deposit of €5,000 will be taken via a bank pre-authorisation. A link will be sent by email from our provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without affecting your credit limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
Beds will be made upon your arrival based on the number of registered guests; towels (2 per person), kitchen towels (2 per kitchen), bath mats and welcome amenities (soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few laundry tablets, sponge, 4 toilet paper rolls…) are included, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.

Man kann sich jederzeit irgendwo zurückziehen. Super viele Möglichkeiten im und ums Haus mit Whirlpool, Indoorpool, Sauna, Billard, Dart, Tischtennis usw. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter wird es nicht eng im Haus. Super war das sehr geräumige Wohnzimmer. see more
Man kann sich jederzeit irgendwo zurückziehen. Super viele Möglichkeiten im und ums Haus mit Whirlpool, Indoorpool, Sauna, Billard, Dart, Tischtennis usw. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter wird es nicht eng im Haus. Super war das sehr geräumige Wohnzimmer. Alles ist vorhanden wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Wir waren 12 Personen zwischen 3 und 63 Jahren und ein kleiner Hund. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden sofort wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung von uns!

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), dish towels (2 per kitchen), bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, 4 rolls of toilet paper per WC) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.
