Welcome to Chalet Osmose, a 480m² chalet located in a cul-de-sac in La Clusaz.
Ideally designed to accommodate a large group of 15 people, it offers enough spaces for everyone to relax, isolate themselves to rest or work, or come together for great moments of sharing.
The chalet benefits from an ideal location allowing a departure and return to ski via the Var slope located below the chalet.
The parking instructions will be indicated upon arrival and must be respected throughout the entire stay in order not to block neighbourhood access.
You will not be disappointed by the quality services offered by Chalet Osmose, entirely renovated with taste.

- Living room area with its custom-made sofa and central fireplace ideal for warming up by the fire after a day of skiing

OUTDOOR AREAS
In summer, you can enjoy beautiful days by relaxing on the outdoor sofas around the fire pit while cooking your barbecue on the plancha.
Fatboy bean bags are also available.
As for the children, they will not be bored and can enjoy the trampoline, the slide, or the ping-pong table.
The south-facing terrace of the chalet, with a view of the Aravis mountain range, is unbeatable. Equipped with a large table and outdoor sofas, you will struggle to leave in the afternoon!
To get to the centre of La Clusaz or the Balme Massif, it's very easy! A shuttle stop is located just a few steps from the chalet.

Some useful details:
A deposit will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), dish towels, bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, rolls of toilet paper per WC) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.
We can provide a baby cot (travel cot type) and a high chair on request free of charge.

La Clusaz is part of the family resorts that are as pleasant in winter as in summer. It offers a multitude of activities:
In winter: ski touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, walks with specialized guides, but also ice rink, sledding, aerial sports...
Skiers discovering the resort of La Clusaz for the first time are often very surprised because they discover a true white paradise, a preserved area with multiple capabilities.
