This chalet ideally located a few hundred meters from the cycle path, Lake Annecy and the center of the village of St Jorioz is an unique place for a pleasant holiday with family or friends.
Recently renovated with taste and quality materials, it is located in a haven of peace facing the surrounding mountains and fields.
Its distribution on two levels allows everyone to find their own space and enjoy the friendly atmosphere around the fireplace in winter, on the terrace facing the mountain in fine weather or in the private garden.

In the winter, the ski resorts of La Clusaz and le Grand Bornand are just 40min away. The family resort of le Semnoz is about 20min from the house.

The chalet was just as described in the listing, most of the place has been upgraded to modern standards. The linens and towels were thick and of good quality, which I appreciated. The place was very clean and the floorplan was open and airy. There were 2 bedrooms and 1 bath (with tub) upstairs, and 2 bedrooms and 1 bath (with shower) downstairs. We came during the heatwave, where the temperature was 39C in the daytime and 34 at night. The chalet did not have air conditioning. It was quite hot upstairs, but much cooler downstairs. A couple of fans would have been nice to circulate the air and bring the cool outside air in. Overall a great stay to visit beautiful Annecy! Thank you for having us! (Tina, Airbnb)

Le prix de la location nous semble un peu trop élevé. Les prestations intérieures sont impeccables mais le jardin (haies et pelouse, enfin pissenlits) n’est pas entretenu la possibilité de ranger des vélos est inexistante (pas d’accès au garage). Nous avons dû demander un parasol ainsi que deux sièges d’extérieur.

Un emplacement idéal, à deux pas du lac, de tous commerces, très belle vue sur les montagnes environnantes et un accès rapide à celles-ci. Le logement saint propre, agréable, spacieux et propose même une jolie terrasse (peu utilisée en hiver). L’accusee more

Nous avant passé un séjour très agréable dans le chalet des Grands Champs. Situé à quelques centaines de mètres de la route principale et de la piste cyclable, le chalet est très bien situé et a été entièrement rénové avec goût, fidèlement aux photossee more
Nous avant passé un séjour très agréable dans le chalet des Grands Champs. Situé à quelques centaines de mètres de la route principale et de la piste cyclable, le chalet est très bien situé et a été entièrement rénové avec goût, fidèlement aux photos sur le site. Le jardin est grand, les chambres du bas sont petites mais accueillantes et on vit très bien à 7 dans cet espace. La cuisine est grande, entièrement équipée (seul le réfrigérateur n’est pas à la hauteur du reste de l’équipement, mais c’est un détail). Il faut savoir que le terrain n’est pas clos et que la route des Grands Champs devant le chalet est assez passante et parfois un peu trop vite le matin et le soir, avec des enfants en bas âge, ce n’est pas l’idéal. Nous avons aimé le séjour et la logistique assurée par l’agence était parfaite ! Nous y retournerions avec plaisir…
