A riverside path is at the foot of the garden to access the beautiful walks and hikes around Lake Annecy.

Some useful details:

A deposit will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), dish towels, bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, rolls of toilet paper per WC) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.
We can provide a baby cot (travel cot type) and a high chair on request free of charge.

About Sevrier:

The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the port of Sevrier near many sports activities: sailing club, kayaking, tennis, scuba diving, rowing, bike path, pedal boat rentals, boats,...

Close to many shops (bakery, supermarket, delicatessen, post office, bank, pharmacy...). Many restaurants as well (Oasis and Bodega in the summer time; Black Bass, Sens'o...)

"Sevrier is a human-sized town at the gates of Annecy and its agglomeration. Nestled between the pure waters of the lake and the green slopes of the Semnoz, Sevrier offers a real range of pleasures: water sports with the numerous water sports activities (the beach and the recently redeveloped port area), cycling pleasures with the cycle path and the climbs to the Col de Leschaux and to the Semnoz, cultural pleasures with the discovery of the Lake Annecy Ecomuseum and the Paccard Museum.

As for water sports, in 2013 the city was awarded the "France Station Nautique" label (extract from the Annecy Tourism website).

In Summer:
- Cycling (cycle path accessible from the apartment)
- Hiking: Mont Veyrier, La Tournette, or the Cascade d'Angon
- Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, water skiing (we will be happy to put you in touch with our partner in Annecy)
- Paragliding: you'll have the opportunity to watch them take off from Montmin or land at the nearby Talloires base: guaranteed daily spectacle!
- Medium mountain walks from Montmin (15 mins), Mont Veyrier (10 mins), Parmelan, or La Clusaz (20 mins)
- Summer tobogganing from La Clusaz
- Adventure park in Talloires (15 mins) or Tamié (40 mins)

In Winter:
- Cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, or sledding from the nearby Montmin family resort
- Also practiced in La Clusaz or Le Grand Bornand (20 mins); Les Saisies (40 mins), Les 3 Vallées (about 1 1/4 hours)

The villa is located on the hillside above Sevrier, offering exceptional views and a peaceful setting.
The villa is accessed via charming narrow hillside roads, with a steep uphill driveway leading to the property. The breathtaking panoramic views are well worth the climb.

First Floor – Sleeping Area
A dedicated office space with panoramic views over the lake and mountains, perfect for remote working.
Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm), private balcony overlooking the lake, walk-in dressing room and en-suite shower room with WC.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm), wardrobe and storage, stunning lake and mountain views.
Master Suite 3: Queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm), private terrace, en-suite bathroom with WC and direct access to the laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

An outdoor access is also available from the hallway on this floor.
