LLA Selections invites you to discover this charming 24 m² studio apartment, perfectly located and able to accommodate up to 3 people.
Located on the 1st floor of a residence equipped with an elevator, the apartment offers a bright living space with access to a pleasant balcony, ideal for enjoying time outdoors.
The entrance to the apartment is reached after a few steps (half a level).
It is composed as follows:
* A main area furnished with a sofa bed and a foldaway double bed (140x190)
* A modern, fully equipped kitchen: electric kettle, Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
* A bathroom with shower
* Separate toilet
Outside:
* A private balcony with a table and garden chairs
Extras:
- Wi-Fi connection,
- Washing machine, iron and ironing board.
- Cot and high chair provided on request.
- Prime location just a stone's throw from the lake and all amenities: Local shops (bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc.) just a 3-minute walk away.
Some useful details:
A deposit will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), dish towels, bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, rolls of toilet paper per WC) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.
We can provide a baby cot (travel cot type) and a high chair on request free of charge.
