Welcome to Le Nid Impérial, a cosy and bright 24 m² studio, ideally located in the heart of Annecy. Situated on the 1st floor with lift access, it welcomes up to 2 guests in a practical and well-equipped setting, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the outdoors.
⚠️ Please note: a few steps (half a floor) need to be climbed to reach the apartment door.
The apartment is laid out as follows:
- Living area with sofa and double bed (140×190) that folds up
- Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine…
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outdoor:
- Balcony with garden furniture (table and chairs)
Additional amenities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Baby cot and high chair available upon request.
A few useful details:
A security deposit will be taken via a bank pre-authorisation. A link will be sent by email from our provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without affecting your credit limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
Beds will be made upon your arrival based on the number of registered guests; towels (2 per person), kitchen towels, bath mats and welcome amenities (soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few laundry tablets, sponge, toilet paper rolls…) are included, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
