Welcome to our newly renovated 34m² studio, tastefully decorated with a modern touch. A true cocoon offering a cozy atmosphere and a stunning view.
Enjoy the privacy of this accommodation, ideal for romantic getaways (for a successful surprise, we can set up our famous Love Pack for you!).
Ideally located in Sévrier, just 10 minutes by car from downtown Annecy, and a few hundred meters from the lake, with hidden beaches with crystal-clear waters (ask your welcomer for advice!), water activities, and convenient services (local restaurants and cafés).
This studio features a beautiful living room with a lake view, a quality double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, pressure cooker, etc.) open to the living area, and a dining table. Spacious bathroom with shower, washing machine, sink, and separate toilet.
The property is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, with a parking space in front of the residence, and a storage room for bikes or personal equipment.
Your agency LLA Selections by Location lac Annecy, specialist in short-term rentals around Lake Annecy and the Alps, has selected the "Le Cocon des Mouettes" with care.
A deposit of 800€ will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2/kitchen), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing product, some washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper /wc…) are included in the service together with final stay cleaning.
We can provide you with a free baby cot and high chair upon request.
Your agency, LLA Selections, has a dedicated Private concierge service to help you organize your stay. You will find all available services in the "Sophie’s A la Carte Services" section of our website. You can book your transfers, private lessons, private chef, catering, massages, and more directly online. A link will be resent to you as soon as your booking is confirmed.

About Sevrier:
The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the port of Sevrier near many sports activities: sailing club, kayaking, tennis, scuba diving, rowing, bike path, pedal boat rentals, boats,...
Close to many shops (bakery, supermarket, delicatessen, post office, bank, pharmacy...). Many restaurants as well (Oasis and Bodega in the summer time; Black Bass, Sens'o...)
"Sevrier is a human-sized town at the gates of Annecy and its agglomeration. Nestled between the pure waters of the lake and the green slopes of the Semnoz, Sevrier offers a real range of pleasures: water sports with the numerous water sports activities (the beach and the recently redeveloped port area), cycling pleasures with the cycle path and the climbs to the Col de Leschaux and to the Semnoz, cultural pleasures with the discovery of the Lake Annecy Ecomuseum and the Paccard Museum.
As for water sports, in 2013 the city was awarded the "France Station Nautique" label (extract from the Annecy Tourism website).

La Grimpette (2,5 km)
This trail starts from the Berger Nordic area, passes behind the Chatillon restaurant and goes along the green alpine trail of the "Bûcherons". It goes up to the Alpages de Vial, located on the plateau at the top of the resort.
Circuit des 3 Lacs (6 km) This trail is located on the Nordic sector of the Plateau, at the top of the resort. It is accessible from the Courant d'Ere restaurant.

En hebben twee weken lang van het appartement en omgeving genoten. Je kunt makkelijk de auto parkeren. Als je naar de stad Annecy wilt gaan kun je de bus pakken. En ook kunnen we aanraden om fietsen te huren voor aantal dagen. Het strand is 5 min lopsee more

Het appartement is schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt: wasmachine, strijkplank, vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat. Het appartement van Sophie kunnen we zeker aanraden.

L'endroit est parfait. 5 min par bus pour aller a Annecy. 2 min de la piste cyclable si on aime le velo. 2 min de la plage. 2 min du boulanger et 7 min en voiture pour aller au supermarket. Celui ci est tres grand et tres bien assorti (poissons).
