Ground Floor:

1st floor:
- Spacious and bright 430 sq.f living room tastefully decorated by a renowned local interior designer. From the living room, you can enjoy the stunning unobstructed view of the lake and mountains, and relax in the lounge area with a double sofa and TV, as well as the dining area. All with access to the furnished balcony/terrace.
- A separate, fully equipped kitchen with a central island and access to the balcony/terrace

Your agency LLA Selections by Location lac Annecy, specialist in short-term rentals around Lake Annecy and the Alps, has selected the Villa Elegantissime with care.
A deposit of 3 000€ will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), dish towels (2 per kitchen), bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper per WC) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.
We can provide a baby cot (travel cot type) and a high chair on request free of charge.

About Sevrier:
The Elegantissime Villa is located a few minutes walk from the port of Sevrier
Close to many shops (bakery, supermarket, delicatessen, post office, bank, pharmacy...). Many restaurants as well (Oasis and Bodega in the summer time; Black Bass, Sens'o...)
"Sevrier is a human-sized town at the gates of Annecy and its agglomeration. Nestled between the pure waters of the lake and the green slopes of the Semnoz, Sevrier offers a real range of pleasures: water sports with the numerous water sports activities (the beach and the recently redeveloped port area), cycling pleasures with the cycle path and the climbs to the Col de Leschaux and to the Semnoz, cultural pleasures with the discovery of the Lake Annecy Ecomuseum and the Paccard Museum.
As for water sports, the city was awarded the "France Station Nautique" label

Trés belle vue sur le Lac . Chambres réparties sur 3 niveaux qui permettent à des couples d'être indépendants. Trés bonne literie . 2 belles salles de bain et douche , et une un peu moins confortable. Probléme avec la cuisine qui est beaucoup plus psee more

Probléme avec la cuisine qui est beaucoup plus petite qu'elle ne parait sur les photos panoramiques de l'annonce donc grosse déception. Très difficile de cuisiner malgré l'effort sur la présence de quelques appareils (pour raclette , robot ....) ustensiles limités ( un seul couteau à légumes , pas de louche .. peu de.casseroles ...) difficile d’être à plusieurs autour d'un ilot anguleux trop grand où le lave vaisselle et l’évier devient difficile d’accès . Vraiment dommage car elle a un accés pratique direct sur la terrasse . Vérifiez que le poële sera utilisable avant de faire la réservation si vous voulez un feu de bois l'hiver .

La vue sur le lac et les montagnes depuis le salon est à couper le souffle. La maison est très bien organisée. Les chambres sont grandes et bien aménagées, la literie est confortable. L’accueil a été parfait.
