Welcome to Villa Aurore, an elegant premium property of 150 m², nestled in the heights of Sévrier with an exceptional panoramic view over Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. Designed for family stays or gatherings with loved ones, it combines high-end amenities, refined décor and a warm atmosphere in a peaceful and verdant setting.

Accommodating up to 7 guests, the villa spans 3 levels with carefully appointed spaces and a panoramic terrace wrapping around part of the house.

Main floor:

- Spacious and bright living area with fireplace (winter only), dining area and two lounge corners with large openings offering a unique view over the lake and mountains
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, extractor hood, kettle, toaster…
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room and access to a small outdoor area
- Separate WC

First floor:

- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200), chest of drawers, panoramic lake and mountain views, balcony access
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190), desk, chest of drawers, panoramic lake and mountain views, balcony access
- Bedroom 4: pull-out single bed, children's games and small desk area

Second floor:

TV lounge with corner sofa, perfect for relaxing (fibre optic repeater)

A few useful details:

A security deposit will be taken via a bank pre-authorisation. A link will be sent by email from our provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without affecting your credit limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.

Beds will be made upon your arrival based on the number of registered guests; towels (2 per person), kitchen towels, bath mats and welcome amenities (soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few laundry tablets, sponge, toilet paper rolls…) are included, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
A travel cot and high chair are available upon request at no extra charge.

About Sévrier:
The villa is located in the heights of Sévrier, approximately 5 minutes by car from the lake and beach, and 5 minutes by bike from the cycle path along the lake.
A variety of shops are also nearby: bakery, supermarket, deli, post office, bank, pharmacy…

Sévrier is a human-scale village on the doorstep of Annecy and its surroundings. Nestled between the crystal-clear waters of the lake and the lush slopes of the Semnoz, Sévrier offers a true palette of pleasures: water activities with its many nautical sports (the recently redesigned beach and harbour area), cycling along the lakeside path and up to the Col de Leschaux and the Semnoz, and cultural discoveries at the Écomusée du Lac d'Annecy and the Musée Paccard. On the nautical side, the town was awarded the "France Station Nautique" label in 2013.
