Home Setup Service

  • Implementation of maintenance contracts (up to 5 included in the package): search for/takeover of service provider, on-site visit, contract study.
  • Taking over contracts and updating packages: electricity, gas, water, Internet, etc.
  • Participation in the final fitting out (bedding, crockery, etc.), 15h assistance included in the package.
  • Research and briefing of cleaning service provider, organisation of owner's first arrival.

Daily Property Management

  • Visits to the property 2 times a month, checking specific points defined in advance with the owner, writing up the visit report.
  • Making appointments with maintenance service providers, on-site presence during work and follow-up.
  • Planning regular cleaning operations.
  • Preparation of accommodation on the owners' arrival (included in the package: full fridge, made-up beds, organisation of transfers).
