Home Setup Service

Implementation of maintenance contracts (up to 5 included in the package): search for/takeover of service provider, on-site visit, contract study.

Participation in the final fitting out (bedding, crockery, etc.), 15h assistance included in the package.

Research and briefing of cleaning service provider, organisation of owner's first arrival.
Daily Property Management

Visits to the property 2 times a month, checking specific points defined in advance with the owner, writing up the visit report.
