The villa is located a 6-minute walk from the shores of Lake Sévrier, close to a wide range of sports activities: sailing club, rowing, kayaking, tennis, scuba diving, cycle path, pedalo and boat rentals…
A variety of shops are also nearby (bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, deli, post office, bank, pharmacy…)
Sévrier is a human-scale village on the doorstep of Annecy and its surroundings. Nestled between the crystal-clear waters of the lake and the lush slopes of the Semnoz, Sévrier offers a true palette of pleasures: water activities with its many nautical sports (the recently redesigned beach and harbour area), cycling along the lakeside path and up to the Col de Leschaux and the Semnoz, and cultural discoveries at the Écomusée du Lac d'Annecy and the Musée Paccard.
