A deposit of 1 000€ will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2/kitchen), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing product, some washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper /wc…) are included in the service together with final stay cleaning.

Talloires is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful french villages, exuding thousands of stories and legends. It features an exceptionally scenic bay as well as an authentic marina- both within walking distance from the house. Talloires is happily nestled between lake and mountains boasting regional treasures including the famous Angon waterfall. Nearby, many activities can be practiced:
In Summer:
-Cycling (bike path accessible from the SHORE now allows you to go around the lake); you can also try the steps of the Tour de France which passes close to Annecy every summer.
-Hiking (departure of many walks from the house: the Cascade Angon (5mins), the Hermitage, the teeth Lanfon)

There are a number of stairs, so be warned. Also the house didn't have a drier. It was somewhat inconvenient not having a drier given we were at the lake most days and it rained some many days.
