Indeed, for many months we have been investing in the importance of these approaches. In view of the statistics on the negative impact that our field of activity could have on the environment. It is therefore a matter of course for LLA Selections to be part of an eco-responsible approach and to meet every criterion. The aim is to convert all our accommodation into: sustainable holiday rental at Lake Annecy and/or eco-friendly accommodation rentals at Lake Annecy. We therefore decided, together with Vanessa de Souza Lage, and her company Sustonica to label all our properties. Since February, we have taken the necessary steps for about twenty of our sixty homes. By the start of the 2023 summer season, all of our properties will meet the sustainability criteria required for a Sustonica Label.

Sustonica is the first company dedicated to integrating sustainable development specifically into holiday rentals. Its mission is to guide property managers on their sustainability journey to prove their commitment through certification and badging.
Our agency has been selected to become the ambassador of this recognition on the French business market.
